Matt Valazza

I’m the VP of Finance and Corporate Development at SyncroMSP. Prior to Syncro, I was an investor at Mainsail Partners. I invested in SyncroMSP, FairWarning (acq. Imprivata), Bio-Optronics (acq. Advarra), and PeraHealth (acq. SpaceLabs Healthcare). Before that I did a short stint in Investment Banking.

I grew up in Southern California and now live in Marin with my wife, daughter, and dog.

I’m interested in the outdoors, investing, basketball, music, and golf.
